Lifesum, an app that monitors and logs your calories and water intake, is today updating its app with new complications for the Apple Watch Series 4. Announced during the keynote, the updated app is now available to all users.

The app is introducing three new complications today: tracking, encouragement, and circular. Tracking gives users the most up to date, critical data, including calories burned, fat, carbohydrates, and protein intakes. For encouragement, that’s pretty self-explanatory. It gives users contextual nutritional advice such as “hydration o’clock” or “time for a snack!”

Lastly, we have the circular complications, which is simply an update for the new rounded complications on new faces for Apple Watch Series 4.

Today’s update packs more information on the watch face for users who decided to upgrade to the Apple Watch Series 4, further motivating more people to stay active and healthy.

Lifesum is available as a free download on the App Store.
