LG is planning on unveiling its next flagship phone at IFA 2017, right before August bows out for the year. Android Central showed off LG’s event invite for this year’s trade show, where the company is expected to announce the LG V30, its newest flagship smartphone. The handset is even teased pretty cleverly in the invite itself, with a tall display, rounded edges, and even a silhouette of a “V” set as the background of the phone’s display. The event will take place at 9:00am local time on Thursday, August 31, in Berlin, Germany. As for what the V30 is expected to offer, we should find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor under the hood, an AMOLED display up front, no secondary display, IP68-rated water- and dust-resistance, and built-in storage variants up to 128GB. Have you ever picked up a V-series device by LG? Are you looking forward to the V30?
