Few days back, we had reported about the LG to soon roll out Android 9.0 Pie update for LG G7 One. Today LG has started rolling the Android 9.0 Pie update for LG G7 One. The latest Android build is being rolled out over-the-air (OTA) to LG G7 One in Canada region with the model number LMQ910UM. Well, LG G7 One is the latest smartphone in the G7 series which is LG’s first foray into Google’s Android One programme, meaning that it is aimed to offer timely software updates.

As per the XDA member quote, the current update weighs 812.2 MB in size and rolling now for the users in Bell Canada carrier. According to the users, LG has upgraded the Android OS to 9.0, improved the camera functionality, and updated the security patch level to November 2018.

The Android 9.0 Pie comes with a gesture-based navigation system, Redesigned volume slider, Notch Support, Manual theme selection, New Quick Settings UI design, Advanced Battery with AI Support, Improved Adaptive Brightness, Android Dashboard which Google calls Digital Wellbeing and Much more.

If you have not received the update, then check for the new software update by going into Settings — System and Software update and see if you have any new update waiting on your door.

LG G7 One Specifications:

LG G7 One is an Android One based smartphone from LG that launched in October 2018. The phone flaunts a 6.1-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440 pixels by 3120 pixels. G7 ThinQ runs on Octa-core Qualcomm SDM835 Snapdragon processor. It comes with a 4 GB of RAM. The device packs 32 GB of expandable internal storage. In the camera section, it brings a dual primary camera on the rear with 16 MP  and on the front face a single camera with 8 MP configuration.
