LG has a major flagship smartphone on the way, the G6, and plans to launch it on February 26 at Mobile World Congress. Soon after that, as reported by VentureBeat, the Life’s Good crew will release the G6 in South Korea on March 9. And according to sources, the handset will then land in the United States one month later, on April 7. Any further details are light, unfortunately, but at least there’s a date to circle on the calendar in pencil for now. The report does reiterate a variety of different earlier rumors, though, including that the G6 will boast a Snapdragon 821 processor from Qualcomm, and that it will have a 5.7-inch QHD+ LCD display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. It will also reportedly be IP68-rated for better dust- and water-resistance. Now that you have a release date to look forward to, are you getting more excited for LG’s G6?
