While we have seen the allegedly new design of the LG G5 in some leaked design renders and CADs, live pictures of the handset have not made their way to the Internet…until today that is. Some pictures received by Droid-Life show the LG G5 concealed in a dummy box to hide its final design.  While the leaked images don’t reveal the final design of the G5, they do confirm what previous leaks have been saying: dual cameras at the rear, a USB Type-C port, SD card slot and volume rocker on the right edge of the handset, and a bottom speaker grill. Comparing the leaked images to the leaked diagram that was posted by CNET, you will notice a remarkable similarity in the design of both devices, which essentially confirms that we are looking at the LG G5 here. Sadly, the rumored ‘Magic Slot’ of the G5 is not visible in this pic, but on the flip side, LG will have some surprises left under its sleeve when it unveils the G5 at the Mobile World Congress next month.
