The LG G4 was only recently unveiled, but it looks like the Life’s Good crew has a smaller option coming down the pipe. Based on images and information gathered by Russian site Hi-Tech.Mail.Ru, LG’s “G4 S” features a smaller display than the proper flagship released earlier this year, as well as a camera on the bak with fewer megapixels to show off. According to the report, the G4 S features a 5.2-inch 1080p display, with an 8-megapixel camera on the back. Compare that to the 5.5.-inch 2560×1440 display on the G4, along with its 16-megapixel camera on the back. As for other features, it’s said the G4 S will feature an octa-core processor under the hood, as well as a dual-LED flash. The new phone will reportedly also feature laser auto focus as well. The release window for the G4 S is expected for a Korea-only launch to start, and it’s expected to land sometime at the end of July. Whether or not the G4 S will ever see the light of day in other regions remains to be seen. Would you prefer a smaller G4?
