Lenovo today launched the Vibe K5 in India. The latest offering from the company packs in a 5-inch 720p HD display that is powered by Qualcomm’s quad-core Snapdragon 415 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz.

The budget handset packs in 2GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a microSD card slot. The 8.2mm thick handset features a removable 2750mAh battery. Other specs of the Lenovo Vibe K5 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, dual-SIM connectivity, 4G LTE support, GPS, and a microUSB port. There handset also sports a 13MP rear shooter with an LED flash, with the front housing a 5MP selfie shooter. Disappointingly, the handset runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Lenovo’s custom Vibe UI on top of it. Lenovo had first unveiled the Vibe K5 at Mobile World Congress earlier this year. Lenovo had launched the bigger sibling of the Vibe K5, the Vibe K5 Plus, in India in May for Rs. 8,499.
