Leak Everything There Is To Know About The At T Lg Optimus G Pro Has Just Hit The Internet

LG is going to hold an event next Wednesday in New York City where they’ll unveil the LG Optimus G Pro. I know this because that particular device takes up a third of the company’s invitation to said event. During the past 24 hours, two new pieces of information about the American G Pro, from two different sources, have hit the internet.

First, the anonymous Twitter user @evleaks tweeted a picture of the phone. The back of it features a prominent AT&T logo, thus confirming the operator. It looks like the device will come in one color: black. That’s not exactly a problem for most folks. And second, Engadget managed to score the complete spec sheet of the device. It’s has pretty much the same 1.7 GHz Snapdragon 600 and 2 GB of RAM as is found in the Korean variant, except that the AT&T G Pro will have a “Full HD IPS” display instead of a “True HD-IPS+” display. What are the differences between the two? No clue, though I have a sneaking suspicion it’s just a branding exercise. Should you buy this thing? Not really. LG has already said they’re going to refresh the Optimus G (non-pro) during the third quarter. Plus, the reviews of the Korea G Pro haven’t exactly been favorable.
